Phased strip-out and fit-out works to form the new Menswear Department with associated fitting rooms and skate ramp located on the first floor of Selfridges.
Key Points:
Formation of retail 1st Floor Menswear Department complete with feature Land Rover and skate ramp
Full strip-out and demolition back to bare shell
Installation of new exposed M&E services
Works to Listed ceilings with fibrous mouldings
New floor finishes including Carrara marble walkways and cement tiles
Installation of fire curtain around atrium escalator whilst maintaining customer access
Refurbishment of brick piers and entrance portals
‘Making good’ to surrounding windows
New wall finishes including high-end decoration
Management of skate park installation, individual concession fit-outs and fitting rooms
