  • £2,500,000 / 30 week construction programme

  • Removal of metal access stairs and hollow rib deck / concrete infill

  • New M&E services including CCTV, alarm etc. and plant room works

  • Installation of new structural concrete cantilever stairs constructed on-site

  • Raised access and computer flooring installed throughout

  • Installation of suspended StoSilent panel seamless acoustic ceiling system

  • Formation of new glazed and stud partitions alternative room layouts

  • New Maple doors, frames and skirting along with new Dorma sliding doors

  • Installation of Boon Edam revolving entrance door and new reception area

  • Complete decoration throughout

  • Refurbishment and alteration works to lift

  • Construction of disabled access ramp including stainless steel handrails
